Our approach to health and safety is based on the idea of personal commitment and individual empowerment. We believe everyone has a right to return home safely every day and a duty to take care of themselves and those around them.
At Inscape, we’re proud to have achieved Building Confidence, CHAS and ConstructionLine accreditations – a testament to our understanding of the importance of workplace health and safety and its vital role in delivering successful projects.
From shop floor staff to senior management, all relevant Inscape employees have achieved the minimum CSCS health and safety qualification standard and all our project managers hold either the CITB SMSTS, or NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Health and Safety.
Our internal staff development systems allow us to track the progression and educational requirements of all our team members to ensure they receive the continued health and safety training required in areas such as HAVS, asbestos awareness, working at height regulations and first aid.
