Available in full-height and half-height variants, the Cosmopolitan duct panel system utilises postformed edges for a softer more sophisticated look and feel. Manufactured from High-Pressure laminates Cosmopolitan duct panels in high traffic, moderate impact dry situations such as corporate offices, hotels, retail establishments and conference facilities.
Available as either pre-plumbed units complete with sanitaryware or as a simple panel system to be configured by others, Cosmopolitan duct panels can be made in a wide variety of widths and panel splits to suit your project.
Applications
Being suitable for any high traffic, moderate impact, dry environment means that Cosmopolitan ducts work best in office, hotel, conference and other situations where there are lots of people and lots of use but that use is reasonable and the system is only subjected to normal wear and tear. The wide range of available colours and woodgrains and the use of vertical postformed edges means the Cosmopolitan system can be designed in a way that can contribute to the sophisticated or luxurious ‘feel’ the designer is looking for.
Manufacture
Cosmopolitan duct panels are manufactured from High-Pressure laminate on an 18mm MR core. Panels can be manufactured in almost any normal width and height and are normally supplied so they butt together on horizontal joints with a matching or contrasting shadowgap detail showing on the vertical section between panels sets. The panels are supplied with concealed fixing clips which allow for access to services behind the duct sets. The associated shadowgap framework is manufactured from High-Pressure laminate on a 36mm MR core to provide ultimate flexibility for system widths and splits.

Manufactured in a variety of panel widths to cover any wall length, the Cosmopolitan duct system can accommodate all variations of individual panel splits to reach the ceiling height of your project. Panel splits for WC’s, Urinals, Wash Hand Basins, etc., will vary from project to project and a range of typical splits for any given panel type are available to download from our technical section.
