The Bury Market Regeneration Project features a brand-new carbon-neutral Flexi-Hall and striking new outdoor market roof canopies. Backed by £20m form the UK Governments Levelling Up Fund along side £13m by Bury Council.
The building is a Multi-Functional Space, designed as a state-of-the-art, carbon-neutral venue to host live performances, community events, seasonal pop-ups, and traditional market stalls.
Facilities Include a café bar, dedicated office spaces, workshop areas, collaborative co-working facilities aimed at small business start-ups.

Initially, the facilities were designed as separate Male and Female Toilet areas, but the decision was taken to amalgamate them into one large Unisex Area. The challenge was then for Inscape to set out the build through various collaborative design meetings with the Architects, to ensure a fully working, user friendly facility was delivered.

The manufactured product doors and feature IPS Panels were constructed from Compact Grade to ensure longevity and robustness in a hi-traffic bustling facility. Finished in Pfleiderer R30135 Okapi Walnut Wood Grain with contrasting Pfleiderer U12000 Volcanic Black surrounds to add sophistication to the aesthetics. Cobtec Satin Anodised Aluminium Fittings were used for strength, robustness and ease of maintenance for years to come.
