This project follows our successful collaboration on the Ancoats Dispensary redevelopment, a 39-apartment residential scheme completed before this project.
We also worked closely with OMI Architects throughout the development process. Following the initial design intent, we prepared and issued preliminary drawings and proposed several setting-out adjustments to better coordinate with the specified sanitaryware and improve overall functionality.
These refinements were adopted into the final design, ensuring optimal installation, improved usability, and ease of maintenance.
