The Civil Service Hub in Blackpool, part of the £350m Talbot Gateway regeneration project, is a 215,000 sq ft office development that will house over 3,000 civil servants. It is being delivered by Muse, Blackpool Council, and VINCI.
The seven-storey building on King Street, near Blackpool North train station, has been designed to meet BREEAM ‘Excellent’ standards – reflecting best practices in sustainable design, construction, and operation.
With carbon assessments conducted at the project’s outset to aid the reduction of the building’s total carbon footprint, features supporting the Civil Service Hub’s sustainability credentials include:

The broader Talbot Gateway regeneration project includes the creation of new Grade A office space, a hotel, a transport interchange, and a state-of-the-art Multiversity campus.
