Dixons Newall Green Academy represents a significant investment in educational excellence in Manchester. Delivered by Dixons Academy Trust and Morgan Sindall, the project has transformed a dated campus into a vibrant, future-ready learning environment for 750 students.
The scheme included the construction of a new two-storey classroom block and a purpose-built sports hall, alongside the full refurbishment and remodelling of existing facilities. Externally, new sports pitches, landscaped play areas, and green planting have been introduced.
This development underlines a commitment to delivering outstanding education facilities that promote wellbeing, inclusion, and community engagement. The new sports and changing facilities are designed for dual use, accessible to the wider community outside of school hours.
Inscape was appointed by Morgan Sindall to deliver the project’s high-performance washroom systems, building on a trusted partnership forged through multiple successful Department for Education (DfE) schemes.
Having already completed projects at Pear Tree Academy and Newhouse Academy, our proven ability to meet DfE standards for safety, durability, and user experience made it the natural choice for Dixons Newall Green Academy.
