Bowmer and Kirkland have appointed us to deliver the manufacture and fit-out of washroom cubicle and IPS systems at No. 1 St Michael’s, the nine-storey workspace development that forms the first phase of the £400m St Michael’s development in Manchester.
BAM Construction has awarded us the contract to provide duct panelling, vanity units, stone tops and mirrored wall units for the washrooms of the Plot 9A office building within Manchester First Street development.
We also secured a contract with Caddick Construction for the manufacture and installation of the washroom cubicle and IPS systems within the office and transport areas of Victorian Plumbing’s new 544,000 sq ft warehouse in Leyland.

Developed by Gary Neville’s Relentless Developments, KKR and Salboy, No. 1 St Michael’s will provide nine stunning floors of people-centric workspace, complemented by world-class rooftop dining and stunning outdoor spaces. A second phase of development, launching in 2027 will bring a new 5-star hotel together with luxury spa, dining and leisure facilities.
Designed by Jon Matthews Architects, Plot 9A at First Street will provide 130,000 sq ft net zero carbon, Grade A office space. The building has already been fully let to the Government Property Agency and is due for completion in August 2024.
Built on a 40-acre plot close to the long-established Lancashire Business Park between junctions 28 and 29 of the M6, the new Victorian Plumbing warehouse is the first phase of a new 90-acre development known as Farington Park. Once fully operational, the site will support up 1,100 jobs.
