Four New Bailey is a 175,000 sq ft office building located at the iconic English Cities Fund’s Salford scheme.
Designed by Make Architects, Four New Bailey is the fourth office to come forward at the consortium’s New Bailey scheme, part of the wider £1bn Salford Central masterplan.
English Cities Fund has already delivered One, Two and Three New Bailey, with plans for a fifth new-build office development already approved by Salford City Council.
The building’s striking design is unlike any other in the city, adding to New Bailey’s eclectic mix of unique and exciting commercial developments.
Our products and services were once again secured by Bowmer & Kirkland due to our long-lasting relationship and successful delivery of previous projects at New Bailey and other high-rise office schemes.
The design brief and specification were fulfilled as set out by Make Architects.
A light veneered oak wood laminate was used for the cubicle doors and fronts comprising of robust 44mm thick veneered, rebated substrate complete with hardwood edges offering fully private enclosed toilet facilities with contrasting high pressure laminate dividing partitions and IPS duct systems, complete with bespoke mirrored wall units with accessories and frame surrounds.
Bespoke solid surface vanity units with individual seamless basins and bin chutes ensured the aesthetics showcased a real mixture of traditional but modern style on entry, once inside the cubicle enclosures, a light, bright striking feel make the space extremely welcoming and relaxing.
