Inscape was appointed by Wates Construction to install bespoke leisure, washroom and changing room products at Halton Leisure Centre in Widnes.
The 50,000 sq ft facility replaces the former Kingsway Leisure Centre, offering a new, purpose-built space defined by its distinctive character and high-quality design.
Facilities include a 25m swimming pool with a learner pool, gym, four-court sports hall, a spinning and exercise studio, squash court, complementary facilities, soft play area, health consultation rooms, a café/social space, fully inclusive changing, shower and toilet facilities.
The centre has been designed with sustainability at its core, incorporating features that reduce carbon emissions and lower energy consumption. These environmental considerations ensure long-term efficiency and a reduced ecological footprint.
In addition, the facility is fully accessible, inclusive, and welcoming to all members of the community. It reflects Halton’s commitment to delivering outstanding public amenities that support wellbeing and enhance the quality of life for its residents.
Continuing our long-standing partnership with Wates, we were appointed to deliver our full range of high-quality, best-value manufactured leisure, washroom and changing room products.
