Inscape installed bespoke washroom facilities at Mablethorpe Leisure Centre, a landmark development for the Lincolnshire seaside town, on behalf of East Lindsey District Council.
The multi-functional development aims to enhance the town’s health and education, while bringing new opportunities and benefits for both residents and visitors, boosting the local economy in the process.
It features a four-lane, 25-meter swimming pool, state-of-the-art fitness equipment, and a range of exercise classes. It also includes a new community space, study hubs, a bistro, and an outdoor play area.
Designed by lead architects Pozzoni and managed by Alliance Leisure through the UK Leisure Framework, the project is owned and operated by Denbighshire Leisure Ltd.
The leisure centre is part of Mablethorpe’s Towns Fund strategy, which includes projects such as the Campus for Future Living, the Mablethorpe Town Centre Transformation, and various connectivity improvements to enhance infrastructure, access, and community well-being.
Inscape’s Extremus Solid Grade Laminate Leisure Products were selected for their durability, visual appeal, and proven reliability, demonstrated by their success in numerous leisure projects over the years.
Designed to withstand heavy use in high-traffic public areas, these systems offer long-lasting durability. They are easy to maintain, with the facility having reliable access to aftercare services if ever needed.
