Resorts World Birmingham is a landmark leisure and entertainment destination located in Solihull, adjacent to the NEC.
As the first Resorts World development in Europe, the project was designed to deliver a world-class experience combining leisure, retail, hospitality and gaming under one roof.
The seven-storey complex spans over 538,000 sq ft and includes the largest casino in the UK, alongside a shopping mall, restaurants and bars, luxury spa facilities, cinema and a four-star hotel.
Welcoming an estimated 700,000 to 1.6 million visitors annually, the project required robust, durable and visually striking washroom solutions capable of withstanding heavy daily use while maintaining a premium aesthetic appropriate to a casino-led environment.

Galliford Try appointed Inscape to deliver a complete washroom package that balanced durability, performance and high-end design, delivering a premium user experience that aligns with the overall quality of the development.
We specified a combination of Volcae Cubicles, Extremus IPS Panelling, and Extremus Vanity Units with Solid Surfacing Tops.
These systems were selected to provide a long-lasting solution suitable for a high-traffic leisure environment, while complementing the dark, elegant interior theme typical of casino settings.
Elliptical, curved powder-coated aluminum fronts were incorporated to reflect the fluid architectural language of the building, delivering a sleek, contemporary finish. Refined colour choices enhanced the lighting and luxury feel throughout the washroom spaces.
