Available in postformed, square edged and solid laminate variants, the Mezzo duct panel system is a half-height or low-height duct system for those situations that need concealed services but still want space and practicality.
Available as either pre-plumbed units complete with sanitaryware or as a simple panel system to be configured by others, the Mezzo duct system provides the specifier with a practical yet affordable alternative to the traditional full-height duct panel system.
Applications
Mezzo postformed or square edged HPL ducts are ideal for use in commercial buildings and other back-of-house situations where there are low instances of impact and damage possibility. For higher traffic and impact situations such as colleges, universities or commercial front-of house applications, Mezzo XL manufactured from solid grade laminate is preferred. Both versions are available in a wide range of plain colours, patterns and woodgrain decors.
Manufacture
Mezzo postformed and square edged ducts are manufactured from an 18mm moisture resistant core whilst Mezzo XL panels utilise solid grade laminate for the ultimate in durability. Both variants can be made to most normal duct widths or heights and are usually supplied so they butt together on horizontal joints with a matching or contrasting shadowgap detail showing on the vertical section between panels sets. The panels are supplied with concealed fixing clips which allow for access to services behind the duct sets. The associated shadowgap framework is manufactured from High-Pressure laminate on a 36mm MR core to provide ultimate flexibility for system widths and splits.

Manufactured in a variety of panel widths to cover any wall length, Mezzo duct systems can accommodate all variations of individual panel widths and splits to achieve the configurations you require. Panel splits for WC’s, Urinals, Wash Hand Basins, etc., will vary from project to project and a range of typical splits for any given panel type are available to download from our technical section.
