The English Cities Fund, a joint venture between Muse Developments, Legal & General, and Homes England, appointed Bowmer & Kirkland as the contractor for Three New Bailey, a 157,000 sq. ft. Grade A office development in Salford, Greater Manchester.
This project is part of the wider New Bailey scheme, a transformative regeneration initiative reshaping the area with high-quality commercial and residential developments.
Bowmer & Kirkland brings extensive experience to the project, having already successfully delivered a Premier Inn, One New Bailey, and Two New Bailey Square.
Three New Bailey, designed by Make Architects for HMRC, reflects a thoughtful blend of modern functionality and Salford’s industrial heritage. Its distinctive red brick façade is a striking feature that pays homage to the area’s rich history while delivering a contemporary workplace.
The BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certified building comprises a ground floor and six storeys, emphasizing sustainability and efficiency at its core. It joins a series of significant developments at New Bailey, including a multi-storey car park, Riverside House, and The Slate Yard’s third phase of residential construction.
