Previously used as flats providing supported living, the new respite care centre funded by NHS England is for young adults with complex needs, catering for people with learning disabilities or autism, aiming to reduce the need for them to be supported in hospital settings and be integrated back to their families and community more quickly. The centre boasts state of the art assisted technologies, a dining kitchen area, duty office, laundry, sensory and garden rooms and staff facilities

As a supply chain partner of Conlon Construction, we were appointed to provide accessible IPS Duct System, both aesthetically pleasing and robust with minimum maintenance requirements. The project was also local to us being within the required 30mile radius utilising locally sourced labour.
