Part of the Stockport Exchange Regeneration to create a new gateway to the town centre providing a high-quality public realm, grade A office space and new amenities. The office block and hotel sit side by side within the new centralised pedestrianised plaza public square with easy access to the railway station. Value was added to the scheme through a number of public consultations such as exhibitions on the new road layout that took place prior to the works commencing. The scheme is part of the master-plan to create a thriving commercial business district, set around new public space and amenities. The offices received BREEAM Excellence on completion and we feel proud of our involvement in such a prestigious project.
