With its two dramatic towers, Baltic Place is an imposing structure located within Gateshead Quays. With 131,000 ft2 of prestige office space Baltic Place meets the exacting standards required for local, national and international business in need of a high quality and accessible working environment.
An imposing building, a prestigious clientele and sitting alongside three of the most iconic buildings in Gateshead Baltic Arts Centre, Sage Music Centre and the Millenium Bridge Baltic Place needed washroom facilities that would hold their own.

In keeping with the vertical lines of the building, Inscape provided its range of high quality Ligna bespoke WC cubicles. In floor to ceiling format and manufactured from polished oak veneers throughout the cubicles were complemented with Cosmopolitan duct panels and polished stainless steel door furniture.
The vanity units comprised of bespoke black Nero Absoluto granite which was used to form the vanity bed, integral upstands and vanity underframe. The access panels were formed from screen printed glass and were hinged to provide access to the hidden services behind them.
The taps were polished stainless steel and mounted into the integral upstand with matching soap dispensers in-set into the vanity top. The Nero Absoluto granite vanities perfectly complemented the Ligna bespoke cubicles and provided that feeling of luxurious quality that the client was looking for.
